1. WHAT WE GUARANTEE

1.1 100% Authentic Products

Every product sold on Pose.ae is guaranteed to be:

• Genuine and authentic—never counterfeit, replica, or fake 

• Sourced directly from authorised distributors and designers

• Brand new unless otherwise specified on the product listing

• In original condition with proper packaging, tags, and documentation

1.2 Our Promise to You

We stand behind the authenticity of our entire collection. If you ever receive a product that is not 100% authentic, we will:

  • Provide a full refund, including shipping costs

  • Arrange immediate free return pickup

  • Investigate the matter thoroughly

In the rare event that an authenticity issue arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we remain fully committed to resolving the matter for our customers.


2. HOW WE ENSURE AUTHENTICITY

2.1 Direct Partnerships with Designers

Unlike traditional marketplaces that aggregate products from multiple sources, Pose works directly with emerging regional designers and artisans. This direct relationship ensures complete transparency in the supply chain, full traceability of every product, and verified authenticity from source to customer.

2.2 Authorised Distributors Only

For established designer brands, we source exclusively from authorised distributors with verified credentials, official brand partners and licensees, and certified suppliers with documented authenticity guarantees. We never purchase from third-party resellers, grey market sources, or unauthorised channels.

2.3 Vetting Process 

Every designer and supplier partnership is verified before joining Pose. We retain signed agreements and credentials for all partner designers and suppliers, which document their identity, business credentials, and authorisation to sell the products they supply to us. Only designers who meet our standards for authenticity, originality, and quality are accepted onto the platform.

2.4 Product Verification 

Before any product is listed on Pose.ae, we review product details directly with our partner designers to verify descriptions, materials, and origin are accurately represented. Our vendors are responsible for the authenticity of every item they supply and fulfil through the platform.

 

3. VERIFICATION & DOCUMENTATION

3.1 Product Authenticity Markers

Authentic products include markers of genuineness that vary by designer, such as original labels, tags, branded packaging, and where applicable, serial numbers or unique identifiers. Specific markers depend on the individual designer and product type.

 

4. TRANSPARENCY & STORYTELLING

At Pose, we believe in complete transparency. We are storytellers and advocates for our partner designers. Every product page includes designer background and creative story, sourcing details and production information, material composition and craftsmanship methods, and origin of the piece and cultural inspiration.

 

5. WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS

If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a product you've received, contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery at customercare@pose.ae or +971 52 990 7673. We will review your concerns within 2 to 3 business days, examine the documentation and product sourcing, and provide resolution. If authenticity cannot be confirmed, you will receive an immediate full refund including all shipping costs, with free return pickup arranged at your convenience.

 

6. REPORTING COUNTERFEITS 

If you encounter suspected counterfeit products being sold under the Pose.ae name or by individuals claiming to represent Pose, please report to us at customercare@pose.ae with subject line "Counterfeit Report." We will investigate immediately and take legal action if necessary.
