At Pose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Can I Return My Order?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be accepted, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with all tags and labels attached

In original packaging wherever possible
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including underwear and intimate apparel, swimwear and beachwear, personalised or made-to-order items, and anything marked as Final Sale. These are clearly flagged on the product page before you buy.

How Do I Return Something?
It's simple — just follow these steps:

Start your return. Click the returns link in your delivery confirmation email, or log into your account dashboard and select the relevant order.

Tell us what you'd like. Let us know which item(s) you're returning and whether you'd prefer a refund, exchange, or credit note.

We'll review your request. We aim to get back to you within 2 business days.

We arrange collection. Once approved, we'll send you a Return Authorisation number and an air waybill to attach to your parcel. Our courier will be in touch to arrange a convenient pickup time.

When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. After that, allow a further 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account — this depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are always returned to your original payment method.
Can I Exchange an Item?
Yes — we offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If what you need isn't available, we'll issue a Pose credit note for the full value, valid for 12 months and redeemable on anything at pose.ae.

UAE customers: Exchange shipping is free.

GCC and international customers: Shipping costs will be confirmed when you arrange your exchange.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?
We're sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
